Which one is better, Trust and Will or Rocket Lawyer? I know that both of them are popular estate planning services. My friend recommends rocket lawyer, but I'm researching other options.

I'm eyeing trust and will, but worry that it isn't more than a document service like Rocket Lawyer, which is free.

Tell me which one you prefer guys? and does anyone here have a link to trust and will reviews?

Trust & Will is often the better choice for straightforward estate planning in my opinion. It offers a clean, user friendly experience with tailored wills and trusts starting at $199 (approximately), ideal if youre focused solely on estate planning. Rocket Lawyer on the other hand is more of a general legal service with a subscription model, better suited for a lot broader legal needs. If estate planning is your priority, Trust & Will is worth the investment.

Trust & Will is my preference since they are very user-friendly and are straightforward with processes. You just need a one-time fee and they will provide you with state-specific documents. Rocket Lawyer might be useful if you want broader legal documents beyond estate planning. If you want something for the long-term, you'll have an option there for a monthly subscription, although it could be expensive.

Trust & Will feels way more streamlined if you just want a good will or trust without the headache and even it's pretty user friendly and walks you through the process step by step. Rocket lawyer's free stuff is nice, but a lot of their good features require a subscription, which can add up if you want attorney support or ongoing updates.

Theyre both good actually, so itjust depends on what you need. Trust & Will is great if you want a simple, easier to use service just for estate planning like wills and trusts, usually without ongoing fees. Rocket Lawyer offers a wider range of legal services with a monthly subscription, which i think is good if you want access to more than just estate documents. If you just need basic estate planning, Trust & Will is often the easier and cheaper option

I completely agree! Trust & Will is an excellent choice for straightforward estate planning, wills, trusts, and no hidden fees, plus it's really user-friendly. On the other hand, if you're looking for a wider range of legal documents and access to lawyers, Rocket Lawyer might be the better option, though it does involve a monthly fee.

I used Trust & Will for my will last year, and it was super easy. My cousin, however, needed more comprehensive legal assistance, so they opted for Rocket Lawyer's subscription service.

What type of estate planning do you require?

This is helpful! Curious if you find Trust & Will's update process smooth if you needed to make changes later?
