Getting a letter today about the NAR commission settlement. The claim website is already live. I've already filed for a property we sold in early 2021. To submit a claim, upload somewhat like a closing statement showing the closing date and commission paid. Hope this helps.

They're webiste's pretty basic and yep easy to navigate. You're welcome!

I just filed mine for a 2020 sale and it was super straightforward. Took maybe ten minutes tops with the docs ready. Definitely worth checking if you're eligible, everyone. Thanks for this @Garp.
