Hey everyone! I'm thinking about using Trustandwill.com for handling probate and wills, and I'm curious if any of you have tried their services. I'd really appreciate hearing about your experiences. How did it go for you? Was the process straightforward, or did you run into any bumps along the way? Overall, would you recommend them?

yup and I generally have good experience. No issues figuring things out in the dashboard, no struggles, just smooth sailing. I did have a question specific about my state and got an answer pretty quickly. I have to mention, I used them for estate planning, so I don't kno about probate, but I think you won't have any issues if it's a straightforward case

Totally agree. I used Trust & Will to set up my will, and I was really impressed with how quickly and helpfully their support team responded. However, when it comes to more complicated probate matters, I think they mostly stick to the simpler cases. My cousin had a more intricate estate and ended up needing to hire a traditional attorney for those issues.
